Heathers – The Hole In The Wall, Kilkenny
June 27th, 2010 by Ian received 4 Comments »Last night, Heathers played a very intimate gig in a newly re-opened Hole In The Wall in Kilkenny. Support on the night came from Animal Beats from Limerick, who played a rare acoustic set. Animal Beats have some free tracks on their blog on MySpace. Heathers played some covers, including a smashing cover of Halo by Beyoncé, as well as two new tracks, “Waiter” and an un-named song. I managed to record the whole Heathers set, and all the videos are available on YouTube. Check out the whole gig, including on-stage giggles and song restarts. The video below is a playlist of all 14 songs
Check out this video of “Remember When” that I recorded at the HMV in-store earlier that day!
Just to finish things off, here’s a few photographs!
That’s a Facebook profile pic right there!

Ian is 18 years old, living in rural Kilkenny, Ireland. He thoroughly enjoys anything music-related and is currently studying for his Leaving Cert. State.
After that, he is obsessed with The Beatles, enjoys novelty lights and likes to laugh inappropriately

There’s also a great version of Orbital’s Doctor Who on the ‘Live at Glastonbury 1994 – 2004′ album (a really great album btw).
